Refund & Cancellation Policy

CoreRise+ subscription terms
CoreRise+ is a recurring subscription billed at $4.99 per month. New members receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged $4.99 and your subscription will renew monthly on the same date until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your Billing page, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately. You keep access to CoreRise+ until the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling during the free trial
If you cancel before the 7-day free trial ends, you will not be charged. Access ends at the trial end date. Each customer is generally eligible for one CoreRise+ free trial.
Refunds
CoreRise+ is a monthly digital subscription. We do not automatically refund partial or unused portions of a billing period. If you were charged unexpectedly or believe there was a billing error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at legacymade06@gmail.com and we'll review your case. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. During this period we may show billing warnings and give you a short grace window to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, your CoreRise+ access will be restricted until billing is resolved.
Free content
All existing CoreRise articles, recipes, exercises, workouts, meal plans, and calculators remain 100% free. A CoreRise+ cancellation only removes premium features (AI coach, personalized plans, progress tracking, etc.).
